The Mako Consultants office is full of growth-minded travel enthusiasts. We use our eagerness for learning and exploration to advance our careers and our company. Jeremiah, Mako Consultants Director of Operations, says, “We’ve just wrapped up a two-month competition to win a weekend ski trip to North Carolina. Josh H. and Tyler S. were selected to attend due to their productivity, team development, and personal recruiting success.”
“Following the ski trip, we directed our attention to a conference in Dallas, Texas,” Jeremiah continues. “Josh, Luis, and five others attended with me. We listened to keynote speeches and workshops that addressed many industry topics. We brushed up on best practices in market research, hiring, goal setting, and more. It’s paying off in big dividends back at the office.”
Networking is another reason we enjoy business travel. We make contacts wherever we go. By staying in touch with the people we meet and supporting them however we can, we build bonds that last through the years. The assistance we offer is returned in the form of coaching, referrals, and the sharing of knowledge.
